Product Summary

The AbMat Heavy Hangers are a lifting accessory that takes your resistance training to another level. For anyone who trains regularly with bands and/or chains the heavy hangers save you a lot of set-up time in the gym. Easily slide them onto your barbell before loading weight and use the aluminum post to attach any size resistance band to them. The three-staggered cutouts also allow you to attach chains. Be sure to have your own pair of carabiners to hook your chains into the cutouts. 

The hangers are made from 7-gauge powder-coated steel, making them durable and able to withstand heavy resistance training. They are proudly made in the USA.
