Fitterfirst Professional Rocker Board is 20” wide, constructed with durable Baltic birch plywood and provides a stable stance that is perfect for all ability levels, as it helps to enhance balance training. Balance boards are often used to rehabilitate injuries and strengthen muscles and ligaments throughout the core and lower body.

Our professional rocker board is perfect for personal trainers, gyms, athletes, seniors and anyone wanting to improve their balance, mobility, flexibility and strength. Each Fitterfirst Rocker Board has a single-plane of tilt that pitches back and forth, and has two spheres that can be adjusted based on ability. Each sphere can be adjusted to 10, 12 or 15 degrees for varying difficulties, which is ideal for beginners who are new to balance training as well as intermediate and advanced users.
