With standard knurling and dual knurl marks, you can easily position yourself for snatches, deadlifts, bench press and more. There is no center knurling to help protect your neck and chest from abrasions. The overall bar length is 86.75” with a loadable sleeve length of 16.25”. The overall shaft length is 51.5” and will have knurl sections that are 16” wide. The sleeves contain bronze bushings for a consistent spin. The heavy duty cerakote shaft will have a tensile strength of 190,000 psi and will provide a good whip.

HEAVY DUTY DESIGN: The Blues City Men’s Barbell is constructed with Bronze Bushings inside of the sleeves for a consistent sleeve spin and a heavy duty steel shaft with a 190,000 PSI tensile strength with standard knurling. The shaft has a Cerakote for added flare and style.

16” KNURLING: The ends of the high tensile strength shaft will contain 16” wide standard knurling. Dual knurl marks allow you to position your hands properly for deadlifts, power cleans, bench press, and more. There is no center knurling to help protect your neck and chest from abrasions.

CERAKOTE FINISH: The Blues City Barbells are Cerakoted to protect the shaft against scratches and corrosion. This coating is a thin film of ceramic that provides a hard durable finish and prevents oxidation allowing your Blues City Barbell to continue to look new with very little maintenance.
